The KAIROS project is excited to announce its participation in the third edition of the FLY AI Forum, which will be held on April 22-23, 2025, at the EUROCONTROL Headquarters in Brussels. This prestigious event will gather some of the most influential players in the aviation sector to explore the transformative impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various facets of aviation, from air traffic management to airport operations.

The forum promises to be a landmark event for the aviation industry, where research, operational trends, and cutting-edge AI applications will be shared among key stakeholders.

KAIROS will be part of Session 1 - “Machine Learning in aviation: Where are we?”, and, specifically, in the research and innovation part that will take place from 11:00 to 12:30. Our presentation, titled “KAIROS: AI-based MET Information for Aviation”, will be led by Aniel Jardines from AI METHODS -project coordinator, and will focus on how AI can transform meteorological data, making it more dynamic and responsive to the needs of the aviation industry. The talk will delve into the intricacies of applying AI to weather-related challenges in aviation, showcasing KAIROS’ potential and outcomes to drive improvements in both air operations and air traffic management.

The KAIROS team looks forward to engaging with the broader aviation community and showcasing the potential of AI to enhance MET information for safer, more efficient air travel.

We look forward to seeing you there!
